Our mission is to provide world-class building envelope consulting and engineering services at the forefront of the latest industry standards.

Started in New Delhi India the year 2014 by engineers with over 25 years of experience in facades , to support clients around the country , LMD passionately embraced design, structural analysis, fabrication and installation of facades architecture.

Our project portfolio demonstrates the firm’s dedication to pursuing and developing superlative structures. LMD has achieved many firsts in the field of facades in domestic market. & produces extremely efficient designs and is known for creative thinking and for outright innovation. The firm combines cutting edge technology with seasoned experience to provide professional services .

LALIT MOHAN PANDEY

Principal Consultant

A Veteran in the Industry, Mr. Lalit, carries a rich experience of over 3 Decades in various facets of facades, right from design, production, to execution, testing, Estimation, QA/QC, and past 8 years as consultant.
Mechanical (Production) Engineer by education, he was part of windmill industry in Production, Installation, Operation and maintenance before starting with Façade Industry.
An alumni of Pune University, and skill set spanning many cutting-edge software.
Started with façade Industry with Production, and over the years spent time in various areas and acquired skill like installation/ project management, costing tendering, design, testing.
He set up a team of professionals with experts from Drafting/ detailing, Structural behavior's analysts, building physics expert, environment sustainability among other pre-requisites for a good façade engineering team.
Experience in airports, hotels, high rise buildings and campuses all over the Nation.
Solutions-driven façade professional has introduced many technologies to the country.
